What We Process
- Message content – analyzed for toxicity, spam, and harmful content
- User IDs and usernames – used only for in-server enforcement and displayed in audit logs visible to server moderators
- Server and channel IDs – used temporarily by the bot to perform its functions and included in mod logs, but not stored long-term

- To detect and prevent spam, toxic language, and malicious links in real-time
- To enforce server moderation rules automatically and provide detailed threat reports
- To generate temporary audit logs visible only to server moderators for security review

Data Retention
No long-term storage: Tumeguard does not permanently store messages or personal information. Any user data is only temporarily processed for moderation purposes.
In-server logs only: Moderation logs containing user IDs and actions are only displayed within your Discord server to authorized moderators and are not stored by the bot itself.
Temporary memory: Data may be briefly cached for spam checks and rate limits, then immediately purged. Cache duration is typically less than 5 minutes.

Bot Usage
Tumeguard is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, performance, or feature availability. While we strive for reliability, occasional service interruptions may occur.
The developer reserves the right to modify, limit, or disable functionality at any time without prior notice to ensure optimal performance and security.
Use of the bot is entirely optional and at your own discretion. We recommend testing the bot in a controlled environment before full deployment.
Fair Use
You agree not to abuse, exploit, overload, or reverse-engineer any part of the bot. This includes attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures.
Any malicious behavior, including attempts to bypass moderation systems or interfere with its operation, may result in immediate blacklisting or permanent denial of service.
Liability
The developer is not liable for any moderation actions taken by Tumeguard, including but not limited to message deletions, timeouts, or configuration effects. All moderation decisions should be reviewed by your server's moderation team.
No responsibility is assumed for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the bot's presence or actions in a Discord server. This includes any impact on server activity, user experience, or moderation workflow.

These terms may be updated or changed at any time without notice. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
Continued use of Tumeguard after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the bot.
